Dr. Adeshina “Ade” Adeyemo is a fellowship-trained foot & ankle surgeon focused on getting patients out of pain and back to moving.
He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center — where he served as chief resident at a Level 1 trauma center — then a foot & ankle surgery fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Outside the OR, you’ll find him with his family, on the basketball court, lifting, or riding his Peloton.

Total talus replacement
Replacing the entire ankle bone with a custom implant — a specialized option offered by very few surgeons.
