A bit about Nicole Clyde.
Nicole Clyde is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than seven years of experience caring for adult patients, licensed in New Jersey and certified in BLS, ACLS, IV therapy, and telemetry.
Much of that experience was built in imaging and acute care. At Atlantic Medical Imaging, Nicole placed and managed IVs under ultrasound and vein-finder guidance, assisted on more than fifty ultrasound- and MRI-guided biopsies, and was the person who responded when an imaging procedure turned critical — anaphylaxis, codes, patients who needed someone calm immediately. Before that came medical-surgical and telemetry nursing at Ocean Medical Center, monitoring cardiac activity hour by hour and caring for patients after cardiac catheterization and pacemaker placement.
Between those roles came a year with Penn Medicine's home infusion and palliative care service, managing ports and PICC lines for patients receiving infusion therapy at home — and assessing and treating pain and discomfort in people living with chronic conditions like COPD and heart failure. It is the part of their background closest to this work: pain managed over months, in someone's own house, on their terms.
Nicole completed a Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in 2025, with family nurse practitioner practicums in internal medicine and pediatric primary care. That background shapes a particular kind of practice: comfortable with procedures, unhurried with patients, and deliberate about education — care plans built from your history, labs, and goals, then followed up and adjusted rather than set once and forgotten.
